Hardware is good, software is horrible! Downloaded the new software and it sits there is says connecting and then nothing. Such a great product being ruined by bad software.

Stupid thing keeps updating and claims it's successful but goes back to updating when you try to connect it, should have manual controls. Update : Got the new heatsbox go, cannot update the firmware and it wo to charge properly to 100. % nor will it heat with 33% power remaining, please patch the updates to android.

Updating process failed during verification. Now it keeps failing, cannot reset the box, my meal will stay as cold as it was forever ! After using an iphone 😔 the situation got unblocked and I finally can use this awesome product 😎
